Last week the Maryland State Senate killed a proposal in Gov. O'Malley's tax package that would have closed corporate tax loopholes.

But the fight is not over. The bill is still alive in the House of Delegates and I think with encouragement from you, me and our friends, I think there's a good chance our delegates will revive the proposal.

No one—corporations or individuals—should be able to game the system. We the undersigned, urge you to pass combined reporting to close corporate tax loopholes and make sure no one is gaining an unfair advantage by avoiding their fair share of taxes.
